Rugrat or Heat Miser

My sister Carol and I were sending pictures back and forth on examples of crazy hair pictures that remind us of Ava's hair.

She is voting for the above rugrat and I was thinking of the Heat Miser.

For those of you that aren't familiar with the Heat Misner, he is from a 1972 Christmas show called, 'The Year Without a Santa Claus'.
He sings the following song:
I'm mister green Christmas
I'm mister Sun
I'm mister Heat Blister
I'm mister Hundred and One
They call me Heat Miser
Whatever I touch starts to melt in my clutch
I'm too much
