We went up to The Broadmoor Hotel for our annual Christmas pictures surrounded by the lovely Holiday decorations. The past couple of years Ava was so easy to pose but as you'll see from these pictures, that was not the case this year.
Ava loves the camera, in that she like to take the picture and if she is not the one taking the picture, she wants to see the picture as soon as you've taken it.
The setting on my camera and the lighten in the room did not lend itself well to a quick picture and most the time Ava was done posing before I could get the shot.
Poor adorable Ameya spent most of her time wrestling with Ava and trying to keep her in one spot long enough for me to capture a shot.
Ava had no idea why we were telling her to stay put for so long when the camera was clearly calling for her.
The night was not completely lost to all the crazy shots. In the bunch, there were some keepers.

It is easy to see how beautiful they are even though they aren't perfect poses.
